CaseXchange : Missing registration after installation on a different computer

Missing registration after installation on a different computer

Reason : The caseXchange contacts and transfers are stored on the caseXchange server.

User identification is done by :

  • The license number of the dongle
  • The registration ID received via email

Solution :

  • Check if the correct dongle is used
  • Re-enter the registration ID to register the computer for the account
  • Hint : Multiple dongles and computers can use the same Registration ID
  • Hint : If the registration ID was lost, 2nd level support Germany can retrieve it
