        Missing registration after installation on a different computer
Reason : The caseXchange contacts and transfers are stored on the caseXchange server.
User identification is done by :
 - The license number of the dongle
 
 - The registration ID received via email
 
Solution :
 - Check if the correct dongle is used
 
 - Re-enter the registration ID to register the computer for the account

 
 - Hint : Multiple dongles and computers can use the same Registration ID
 
 - Hint : If the registration ID was lost, 2nd level support Germany can retrieve it
