caseXchange Registration
To be able to use caseXchange, you have to register first. If you open caseXchange for the first time, the caseXchange Online Registration dialog box will pop up.
Enter your contact details. Fields highlighted in blue are mandatory fields.
Specify if you want to be informed about new transfer data by e-mail.
Click Next and coDiagnostiX will check your address details.

Editing or revoking your online registration
To edit your registration data at a later point of time, click the Properties button and select Edit online registration. Select Revoke online registration if you want to cancel your registration.

Automatic request for online data
This is the default setting for caseXchange. However, you may disable the automatic request if you want to do so. Click the Properties button and disable the option Automatically request online data. Now you will have to request manually by clicking the Refresh button in the toolbar.

Once you completed the registration you will get an email instantly confirming your ID (you may need it if you have to reinstall coDiagnostiX) This will avoid you to recreate new credentials.
If you do not see it in your inbox, you should check your spam folder and/or yours network security settings.
Being a medical center/hospital they likely have high security on incoming emails.
Solution : Perhaps they can try someone's personal email that is delivered to a phone
How a client can contact us for lost credentials
If a customer contacts us because he can't find his caseXchange registration email with its key, you need to send an email to coDiagnostiX.support@dental-
coDiagnostiX technical support is going to reply to you with the credentials
