Once you completed the registration you will get an email instantly confirming your ID (you may need it if you have to reinstall coDiagnostiX) This will avoid you to recreate new credentials.

If you do not see it in your inbox, you should check your spam folder and/or yours network security settings.

Being a medical center/hospital they likely have high security on incoming emails.

Solution : Perhaps they can try someone's personal email that is delivered to a phone

How a client can contact us for lost credentials

If a customer contacts us because he can't find his caseXchange registration email with its key, you need to send an email to coDiagnostiX.support@dental-wings.com with the user's information and tag the helpscout conversation with 2nd level support

coDiagnostiX technical support is going to reply to you with the credentials
