DWOS/CARES Connect credentials

DWOS/CARES Connect login and import

- Sometimes the customer is not finding the "Login window" for DWOS/Cares Connect. Some customer also forget about it once they are logged in for a while.

- Should a client ask you about where to enter his credentials for being able to retrieve coDiagnostiX cases from an intraoral scanner like , please follow the below steps:

Step 1:

The user needs to open his patient case first, showing up the CB/CT scan of his patient

Step 2:

The end user needs to click on the arrow down button and click on "Model scan..."

Step: 3

The client can choose 3 options from the below menu, if the customer wants to use the DWOS or CARES Connect credentials, he can choose option " Import from DWOS Connect"

Step 4:

Now the user has to click on "Log in", a new login window will be opened afterwards

Step 5:

The user has to enter the credentials, either previously received from DWOS Support team or the CARES Support team

Note: That the user of the Intra-Oral scanner, sending the case to coDiagnostiX, also needs to have DWOS or CARES Connect credentials setup on his IO cart.
