Restoring user-defined sleeves

Restoring user-defined sleeves in coDiagnostiX


It could happen that a customer is missing his user defined sleeves after a manual update of the ImplantDB or after other software related issues.

To restore the user-defined sleeves follow the next steps:

- Open coDiagnostiX and click on "Management"

1. Click on "Maintain and repair", a new window will be opened

2. In the new window you'll need to click on "restore user defined sleeves" and they will be restored

- Let the customer search for his custom sleeves and let the customer confirm if the missing sleeves are available now

- If they aren't still not available: Please contact the coDiagnostiX 2nd LVL Support team
