Merging databases - step by step

1. Locate the old and new database locations
2. Close coDiagnostiX
3. Go to the old database location and copy (not cut) all the files inside the “Patients” folder
4. Go to the new database location and backup the “Patients” folder - just to be safe
5. Then paste the copied files into the new database “Patients” folder
6. If a file conflict occurs, do not override newer files with older files
7. Start coDiagnostiX
8. Go to “Management...” and then “Maintain and repair” inside coDiagnostiX
9. Select “Rebuild patient index database”
